Clear Choice Clinic is an accredited medical clinic offering pregnancy testing and limited obstetrical ultrasound FREE of charge to women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. The medical staff is committed to providing evidence-based education and empowering knowledge to women and men facing this difficult situation. Clear Choice provides free and affordable STD testing and treatment to both men and women. Well Woman Care is also a service offered at Clear Choice.
Clear Choice Clinic was established as a community resource in 2007, offering pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, and options education for women. In 2012, STD testing and treatment were added to the scope of services, expanding care to include both women and men. Clear Choice also offers Well Woman Care.

At Clear Choice Clinic you will never be charged for your visit. Our goal is to provide sexual health care services to women and men of the Flathead Valley in a safe, unbiased environment. Clear Choice Clinic does not perform or refer for abortions, and does not profit from our patients’ decisions regarding their pregnancy.

Staff Bios


Shawn Barrong, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Barrong became the medical director of Clear Choice Clinic in 2024. He graduated from University of Washington School of Medicine in 1993, and completed his OB/GYN residency in Phoenix, Arizona. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in Kalispell since 2015.

Michelle Reimer

Executive Director

Michelle has been with Clear Choice Clinic since its inception. She was trained in nursing at Montana State University, and her nursing experience includes inpatient pediatrics, obstetrics and surgery.

Rebecca Sturdevant, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Becky has volunteered her time as a Nurse Practitioner with Clear Choice Clinic since 2018 and joined the staff in 2025. She completed her training as a family nurse practitioner in San Antonio, Texas in 1996.

Jodi Leeper, PA

Physician Assistant

Jodi Leeper began volunteering as a Physician Assistant at Clear Choice Clinic in 2021 and came on staff in 2024. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

Glenda Elliott, RN

Nurse Manager

Glenda joined Clear Choice in 2025, bringing extensive clinical and leadership experience. Her background includes ER/trauma nursing at a Level I trauma center, labor and delivery, postpartum, outpatient OB/GYN, and midwifery triage.

Kayla Anderson, RN

Staff Nurse

Kayla began working at Clear Choice in April of 2019 shortly after graduating from Montana State University with a Bachelor's degree in nursing.  She has always had a passion for women's health and is excited to be part of the team.

Hannah Macfarlane

Clinic Assistant / Communication Coordinator

Hannah joined the Clear Choice Clinic staff in August of 2025 as a Clinic Assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado Christian University and has a strong desire to serve her community.

Elaine Johnson

Clinic Assistant

Elaine came on staff at Clear Choice in December of 2025. A former high-risk L&D nurse, she holds a degree from the University of Manitoba and has a strong background in women’s health.

Colleen Warricks

Patient Coordinator

Colleen was welcomed to the team in August of 2022 and serves as a Patient Coordinator at Clear Choice Clinic. She loves outdoor activities and serving people.

Aaron Scofield

Male Advocate

Aaron joined the Clear Choice staff in February 2022, and is available to meet with men who are seeking wisdom for life's choices.

Connie Vargas

Bookkeeper

Connie began working for the clinic in September 2020. She is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
