Clear Choice Clinic is an accredited medical clinic offering pregnancy testing and limited obstetrical ultrasound FREE of charge to women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. The medical staff is committed to providing evidence-based education and empowering knowledge to women and men facing this difficult situation. Clear Choice provides free and affordable STD testing and treatment to both men and women. Well Woman Care is also a service offered at Clear Choice.
Clear Choice Clinic was established as a community resource in 2007, offering pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, and options education for women. In 2012, STD testing and treatment were added to the scope of services, expanding care to include both women and men. Clear Choice also offers Well Woman Care.

At Clear Choice Clinic you will never be charged for your visit. Our goal is to provide sexual health care services to women and men of the Flathead Valley in a safe, unbiased environment. Clear Choice Clinic does not perform or refer for abortions, and does not profit from our patients’ decisions regarding their pregnancy.

Staff Bios

Ken Graham, MD

Co-Medical Director

Dr. Graham received his undergraduate degree in microbiology from Montana State University and completed his pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of New Mexico. He is currently a pediatrician with Logan Health Pediatrics.

Peter Nielsen, MD

Co-Medical Director

Dr. Nielsen received his B.S. in Biochemistry at Texas A&M University and obtained his M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Michelle Reimer

Executive Director

Michelle has been with Clear Choice Clinic since its inception. She was trained in nursing at Montana State University, and her nursing experience includes inpatient pediatrics, obstetrics and surgery.

Alicia Scofield

Executive Assistant

Alicia was hired in 2023 as the Executive Assistant. She is a graduate of the University of Montana. She loves spending time with her family and enjoying outdoor activities.

Laura Simpson, RN

Nurse Manager

Laura joined the nursing team at Clear Choice in August of 2021. She received her nursing degree from Wright State University and has experience in emergency pediatric and post anesthesia nursing.

Stefanie Schelling, NP

Nurse Practitioner

Stefanie has served as a nurse at Clear Choice Clinic since 2019. She came on staff as a Nurse Practitioner after receiving a Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2022.

Kayla Anderson, RN

Staff Nurse

Kayla began working at Clear Choice in April of 2019 shortly after graduating from Montana State University with a Bachelor's degree in nursing.  She has always had a passion for women's health and is excited to be part of the team.

Abigail Hayward, RN

Staff Nurse

Abigail joined the Clear Choice Clinic nursing team in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2021.

Jennifer Syckes

Clinic Assistant

Jennifer joined the Clear Choice Clinic staff in October 2020 as a clinic assistant. She is an administrative wiz and loves keeping the clinic organized.

Stephanie Fetveit

Clinic Assistant

Stephanie became part of the Clear Choice Clinic staff in December of 2022. She serves as a Clinic Assistant. She loves animals, thrift shopping, and playing games with her family.

Colleen Warricks

Patient Coordinator

Colleen was welcomed to the team in August of 2022 and serves as a Patient Coordinator at Clear Choice Clinic. She loves outdoor activities and serving people.

Aaron Scofield

Male Advocate

Aaron joined the Clear Choice staff in February 2022, and is available to meet with men who are seeking wisdom for life's choices.

Connie Vargas

Bookkeeper

Connie began working for the clinic in September 2020. She is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
